Who we are

We are a manufacturers’ representative who serves some of the most prestigious manufacturers in the commercial and industrial plumbing industry. Our average tenure with these manufacturers is 20 years. For a complete listing of who we represent, see our Line Sheet.

Our Founder

Charles S. Fox, CPD (ret.), entered the plumbing industry at age 14 when he started as a yard-hand for a local plumbing supply house. While still in school, he worked as a laborer, pipe-layer, and plumbers’ helper. Upon earning a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University, Charlie completed the U.S. Army Engineer Officer’s Basic Course. He was one of the first 250 to earn the CIPE designation from the American Society of Plumbing Engineers. Charlie was in the rep industry 1973-2022. Charlie passed away January 2024.

Territory

We cover the Middle Tennessee area. Our 25,000 square foot facility is located at 1903 Air Lane Drive in Nashville, TN. We ship via UPS and common carrier, and we welcome customer pickups as long as you have clearance from your plumbing supply house. If you are outside of our territory, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to direct you to the appropriate rep.
